In the middle of a raging snowstorm, college dropout Steve returns to his remote hometown and seeks shelter in a bar from which he hopes to collect his late father's ashes.
However, unable to settle his debt with the bartender, Steve offers to tell him a true story that took place at 'The Oak Room' bar in exchange for his father's ashes.
