Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-4 days of confirming receipt of your returned products.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, because sometimes it can take some time before your refund is officially posted into your account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We generally only replace items if they are faulty or damaged for the same item, or if we have made an error and sent you a wrong item. If you need to exchange a product please contact us on 0344 848 2007 or send us an email to email@example.com and we will provide details of a Freepost address for the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item, if you have changed your mind and wish to return your product for a refund.
If the product is faulty and damaged, or if we have incorrectly sent you the wrong item, and you require a replacement, we will provide you with a Freepost address for the return of the item, so this can be returned at no cost to yourself.
Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning an item you should obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as your proof of return. If you are posting an item over £40 we recommend you use a trackable postage service for insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
On receipt of your returned goods your account will be credited or a replacement ordered for you. We will refund your credit/debit card with the cost of the cancelled item(s) within 30 days of notification of cancellation. However, you should you fail to return the goods; we reserve the right to charge you the direct costs of recovering the item(s). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
