By using the Simply Home Entertainment website you agree to be bound by our Terms. The items featured on this website are provided by Simply Home Entertainment, which is a trading style of Screen One (C.I.) Ltd , registered in Guernsey No. 52024.

1. Agreement
By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via a suitable announcement on the Website. It is your responsibility to check for such changes. The changes will apply to the use of the Website after we have given such announcement. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use the Website. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms.

3. Registration
By registering on the Simply Home Entertainment website, you warrant that the personal information you are requested to provide when you register is current, accurate and complete in all instances.

4. Privacy Policy
We are committed to upholding your right of privacy under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 and will only use the information we collect from you lawfully to process your order and ensure that you receive the very best in customer service. We will not send you unsolicited e-mails and will always give you the option of refusing marketing e-mails designed to keep you up to date with new releases and special offers. We do not pass your details on to any third party companies without first obtaining your consent to do so.

The details we require for processing an order are your name, address, delivery address (if different), e-mail address and credit card details. The information we hold will be, to the best of our knowledge, correct and up to date but you can check this by e-mailing us at info@simplyhe.co.uk. Any amendments to your details would be updated at that time.

All credit card information you give us to process an order on the Internet is encrypted at your browser before it is sent to us. On receipt, it is stored on our in-house secure servers separately from our Internet servers.

We may at our discretion record telephone calls for the purposes of staff training and quality control. However, all recordings will be erased after review.

5. Secure Guarantee
We guarantee that your information is 100% secure when placing an order on the Internet with Simply Home Entertainment. All your credit/debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. The numbers are only decrypted when they reach our computer and they are not held in clear text on the website at any time. All your personal information, including name, address and credit card number cannot be intercepted, unscrambled or copied when being transferred between our server and your computer.

In the event of any fraudulent or unauthorised use of your card, you must notify your credit card company immediately in accordance with their terms and conditions.

6. Use of Cookies
A cookie is like an identity marker, which is put on your computer by a web server and is used to track the use of your computer (rather than the user) in the future. It is held in the form of a line of text and is sent by us to your computer to enable us to identify your name and address in the future. In fact, it is not your name and address that we remember but the name and address of the computer – you should therefore be particularly vigilant when using shared computers, particularly in internet cafes or workstations and you ensure that you log-off at the end of each session. The information we have is only the information you have given us and is stored on our computers secure from internet use – the cookies are stored on your machine.

7. Third Party Website Links & Advertising
From time to time our website may include links to other third party companies that we feel may be of interest to our customers. These websites and material are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for the content. We will not be held liable, whether directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices or content of such websites nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such advertising, content, products, materials or services available on such external websites.

8. Orders & Special Offers
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by email (or by other means if no email address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order. Where DVDs are on Special Promotion (ie when the RRP is discounted by more than 50%), we reserve the right to supply a MAXIMUM of 6 items per customer. 9. Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of fourteen working days after you receive the goods, provided that the goods are unused and returned in the condition received. A working day is any day other than Saturday or Sunday and bank/other public holidays in the UK.
To exercise this right of cancellation, please notify us in writing by post, fax or e-mail giving details of the item(s) to be returned. Our address details are displayed on the ‘contact us’ tab. Please return the goods to us at your cost, taking care that they are not damaged in transit.

We will refund your credit debit card with the cost of the cancelled item(s) within 30 days of notification of cancellation. However, should you fail to return the goods; we reserve the right to charge you the direct costs of recovering the item(s).

10. Pricing Policy & Payment Details
We endeavour to provide you with our best prices at all times. However, occasionally, it may be that our prices are incorrect. Please note that receipt by us of your order constitutes an offer by you to buy. There is no contract between Simply Home Entertainment and yourself until the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. If we find, therefore, that we made an error in the price we charged for a title, we do not have to accept the price stated on your order but can offer the goods to you at the correct price.

All prices shown are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you.

We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch
Please note that we do not accept Visa Electron.

All prices quoted and all transactions undertaken are in Pounds Sterling.

11. Returns Policy
We wish you to be completely satisfied with the Simply Home Entertainment shopping experience and with the goods purchased. WE OFFER A NO QUIBBLE 100% QUALITY 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

If you are dissatisfied with your goods in any way you may return these within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of goods.

Goods must be returned in mint condition, complete with all the original packaging to:

Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. If goods are being returned because they are faulty or were delivered to you in error, we will reimburse your postage costs for return. We recommend that you send the item recorded delivery, or that you request a certificate of posting from the Post Office.

On receipt of your returned goods, your account will be credited or a replacement ordered for you.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Credit Policy
If you pay for your goods by credit/debit card, any refund will be credited to your credit/debit card on receipt of the returned goods.

If you pay for your goods by cheque, the value of the refund will be held on your account for future use. If, however, you require a cheque refund at any time, please advise us by phone or in writing and this will be processed.

The copyright in all the material contained on this website is owned by Simply Home Entertainment. You may read the information displayed on-screen. All other rights are reserved and, with this exception only, you may not reproduce in any way, copy or incorporate in any work or use any material in any other way without the express written permission of Simply Home Entertainment.

Simply Home Entertainment accepts no liability for any inaccuracy or any missing information from the material displayed. Simply Home Entertainment excludes all such liability. Before relying on any of the above material, confirmation should be sought in writing from Simply Home Entertainment, regarding its correctness and completeness.

The doing of an unauthorised act in relation to a copyright work may result in both a civil claim for damages and criminal prosecution.
