When the Wind Blows is a moving story originally released in 1986, but which holds great resonance today, about love, tenderness, humanity and hope when in the face of nuclear war. The screen play is adapted by Raymond Briggs (The Snowman, Ethel and Ernest) from his best-selling graphic novel and features an original soundtrack by Roger Waters (Pink Floyd) and title song by David Bowie.

This tragic story which has become a much-loved classic combines elements of both devastating tragedy and humour in this gripping and thought-provoking film.
