Award-winning British artist Tom Phillips who has had his work exhibited globally gives us unprecedented insight into his ongoing project; to photograph the same 20 London locations once a year for the rest of his life.
The project that is not only a piece of art, but will undoubtably be remembered as a historical archive, commenced in 1973 and continues annually until this day. Every year, between the 24th May and 2nd June, at the same time of day and from the same position, a photograph has been taken in 20 places around a nine-mile radius in the Grove Park SE15 area in South London.
Film-maker Jake Auerbach takes a look at how the chosen landscapes have changed in two decades in this fascinating documentary of art and history.
