Western starring Jason Patric, Lou Diamond Phillips and Christoph Sanders.

The film follows widower Jim Andrews as he heads west from Philadelphia to reunite with his brother in the booming town of Big Kill, Arizona, joined along the way by gamblers Jake and Travis.

When they arrive they discover that the town has fallen on hard times and is now presided over by The Preacher and his outlaw enforcer Johnny Kane, who ensure the new arrivals receive a hostile welcome.
