City Under Siege
On 26th November 2008, India's largest city, Mumbai, was shaken by a series of unprecedented brutal terrorist attacks. Several landmark buildings were hit as bombs blasted across the city. The iconic 5-star Taj Mahal Palace Hotel was besieged and set on fire. Only India's National Security Guard (nicknamed the Black Cats) could stop the chaos. Operation Thunderbolt
On 27th June 1976 terrorists hijacked Air France Flight 139 en route from Tel Aviv to Paris. Most of the 246 passengers were Jews. They were taken to Entebbe, Uganda and held hostage in the airport terminal. Israel's defence minister, Shimon Peres launched a rescue mission, deploying Sayeret Matkal, the most elite unit in the Israeli Defence Force. Interviews with surviving hostages, members of elite unit and Peres reveal the inside story of the legendary raid on Entebbe.
