When a spaceship lands near to their farmhouse one night, a couple desperate for a child of their own discover a baby boy inside and decide to adopt him.

When puberty hits, the alien boy begins to show signs of disturbing behaviour, stalking a girl at school, slaughtering chickens and levitating above a trap door in the house.
