Initially on the hunt for a great white shark, the obsessive Captain Nolan (Harris) harpoons and kills a pregnant whale and her unborn foetus.

The heinous act was witnessed by her mate, a massive Orca killer whale. Intent on revenge the Orca begins to terrorise the nearby fishing village on a rampage of death and destruction.
