Stanley Tucci and Natalie Dormer lead the cast in this horror in which a global pandemic has infected most of Earth's human population and mutated them into violent, flesh-eating zombies.

The only uninfected person remaining who can communicate with the mutants in their newly-developed language, bands together a group of remaining survivors to search for the elusive Patient Zero – the only person able to cure the disease.
